Twenty-five years of training, coaching, workforce development, recruiting, facilitation, media, and consulting — applied to one stubborn question: how do we move people into work that actually changes their lives?
The answer turned out to require equal parts strategy, empathy, and instrumentation. The strategy is the marketplace, decoded. The empathy is the room — adult learners deserve respect for what they already know. The instrumentation is the part the funders need: pre/post measurement, behavioral checkpoints, placement tracking, and reports that hold up to audit.
